Cox sells Louisville

A little birdie from the Detroit/Windsor market told me that Emmis, Entrecom and several other smaller groups are hustling to evaluate the Cox/Louisville cluster for purchase...I've received inquiries about my services for facility evaluation from several of them.
 
Rumor Has It that EMMIS suits were in town this week looking at the property. They are looking to refocus their efforts on core properties in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois and Missouri becoming a bigger player in those markets while still holding onto LA and NYC.
 
Don"t know much about Lynn Martin, but over the years, everything I've heard has been universally negative...any specific stories about his operations would be appreciated here.
