Critique of Conservative Talk

I like how every single segment is an opportunity for him to redefine himself.

"Anyone who listens to this show knows I'm...(Insert self-serving description of self, often in conflict with heavily bigoted close-minded remarks preceeding the claim...)

Not to mention the affected speech pattern with all the stammering and restarts. Like he's so FULL of truth and passion for his judgemental uberreligious right wing clap trap that he can't get it out of his brainbox as fast as he'd like.
 
The "mayor" needs to use some of that "common sense" and actually be interesting. He will bloviate for minutes on end, then get to maybe 2 callers. And those are usually the same callers from yesterday.

It has gone from a local show with local issues, to cookie cutter crap like on the national shows. I do like the afternoon show on that station, much better on the ears & fun format.
