Providence is a pretty progressive, liberal market that likes new music. PRO was a cutting edge/modern CHR under Citadel. Because his large Southern stations are winning - in the case of Q100, winning decisively
bchristi - Q100 is 3rd 18-34, and the two stations above it are Urban, so it's essentially #1 with its target audience
Using this same formula in Providence RI is insane, though, so I hope changes will be made so that Pro-FM can go back to its cutting-edge status
