Dave overtakes Conan in ratings

Benwolf.....On Jimmy Kimmel, you do not have to worry about any more skits with Beatrice. You won't even see her on the show at all. Because she died a few months back. Yep, Beatrice is Dead!

Anyone who thinks Dave is ahead of Conan is in DREAMLAND. Conan even has better 18-49 numbers than Leno did!

Conan is besting Dave over DOUBLE in the 18-49 demo, which is all that counts. Even Nightline is beating David Letterman 18-49. That's pathetic. It's over for Dave. It's been over for him since the day Hugh Grant was on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

Conan is even STEALING Letterman's younger demos.

Hard facts:

Even Jimmy Fallon, one hour later, is beating Letterman's 18-49 numbers.

Conan has the more compelling show right now. Whether you like him or not, a changing of the guard on The Tonight Show is a big television event, and people will tune in. I personally am loving The Tonight Show after a couple of awkward weeks at the beginning.

I think a year from now the rating 1-2-3 will be Letterman/Kimmel/Conan. Conan doesn't have a chance for 2 reasons: the awful NBC primetime lead-in (and I've noticed CBS is running more Dave promos in prime time to take advantage). Second, he's handicapped by frequently having as guests the stars of those NBC shows no one watches. Yes, Carson still stayed on top when NBC was third for a while, but I don't recall Johnny ever having the cast from Supertrain or Pink Lady on his show. Also, Conan is no Carson....unfunny, nervous, overly scripted, tries wayyy too hard and it shows...a lot of flop sweat on that show.

Kimmel would be the funniest of the 3 if he stops all the Uncle Frank and Beatrice skits...always unfunny. Cousin Sal on the other hand, hilarious.

True..... I have NO use at all, for "Uncle" Frank.....

By the way...tonight (6/19) on Conan, a field report on last weekend's Bonnaroo festival...from none other than TRIUMPH THE INSULT COMIC DOG!!!!!
