You just wonder what's going to happen when the IRS steps in and says "pay us or you're going to be spinning tunes in Attica and find out the real meaning of "plugola."
Entercom has plenty of 'splainin' to do, too. It's no surprise the Entercom brass didn't have anything to say to ABC News, afterall, they know that anything they say "may be used against them" in court... unlike DU who seems ready and willing to talk to anyone who'll listen.
BTW, Isn't this license renewal year in New York state? Hmmmmm. Wouldn't take much to challenge those licenses. Window's open til May, isn't it?</font>
