Well, honestly, there was no 970 NJ on the report....nothing was there. They likely were still at the 5k at that time.

I never doubted that you didn't hear it, I was just surprised you didn't, but you're correct WNYM was still just 5-kw days when you were listening and that probably explains it. I just checked and WNYM didn't upgrade to 50-kw days until 2008.
