DEAD STATIONS IN MAINE / NH/ VT

I remember the tower at Wilson Castle located I believe in the stables just never listened to the station.We were across the the Valley where WIPS was the sound in the shadow of Fort Ticonderoga Unfortanetly WIPS also has gone silent just this past year. There was another station that broadcast really well WRUT out of its city code. Is it still on the air?
