I've noticed more songs being played. and the reverb is back sometimes, not all the time.

I've have heard some of the more obscure songs that I hadn't heard since last November. ("Meet Me at Midnight, Mary" is one example).
Perhaps., Sirius/XM is reluctlantly listening and taking baby steps....... or maybe the people on the air/voice-tracking are tired of playing and hearing the same short play-list.

Who wants to hear the same krap over and over again? Get rid of the hits, put on the more obscure stuff.

We need an all oldies purist format. Nothing but flipsides, oldies you find at used flea markets, and everything that bubbled under the "Hot 100'. Just to hear something different...that's what we need!!!
Congratulations. You've just killed Sirius XM. Oldies is a mainstream FM format and diluting the familiar hits with too much "obscure" music -- or, as you suggest, getting rid of the hits completely -- will drive off the mainstream oldies listener, who bought satellite radio to hear the hits of his youth without commercials, not to hear songs he barely noticed, or might not even have been played in his area, when they were current.
Sirius XM is playing 800 to 900 songs on '60s on 6. In most FM markets, oldies stations have transitioned to "classic hits," which means they've had to slash the number of '60s titles they play in order to jam more '70s and '80s music into their 500-song playlists. Those listeners are only hearing 200 or so '60s songs on FM these days; they're overjoyed to hear secondary hits by big artists like "Sweet Cherry Wine" and "Thank the Lord for the Night Time" again on Sirius XM, even if you think they're being run into the ground.

The new PD starts next Tuesday and it will be interesting to hear what changes he will make to the 60's on 6. I believe that Phlash Phelps has been programing the channel since the other guy left the service and Phlash has really been doing a great job too.
You want to hear some obscure music? Listen to the 50's on 5, now that channel is really playing some obscure music from the 50's. BTW: I heard the song "I Heard Trumpets" by The Tokens today on the 60's on 6 now how obscure is that? The Rennissance is coming for the 60's on 6. Stay Tuned....

Have you told them that?

Yes Sir! In fact, right after cancelling I sent a letter to the PD of the station and mentioned I had cancelled the service and outlined my reasons why (emphasizing the repetition on the 60s as my main reason).
As of this posting I am, once again, a subscriber to the service and have done so based on the posts in this thread about recent song adds to the Ch.6 playlist and the possibility of more improvements to the playlist in the future (so far, I have heard them play a couple of tracks I haven't heard on the channel in a while).
