Dennis Prager Hurt in Fall

Here is, what I hope, will be helpful hints to avoid falling. A friend, who knows a gentleman who is in his 90s, told him that people need to remember to pick up their feet when walking. Too many older people, kind of, slide along. Additionally, I suggest that you be self-aware. Knowing that falling is in the forecast for older adults, I keep that at the top of my mind, particularly when I walk. So, for example, when I go up or down stairs, I always grab one or both railings. I go up and down more slowly than before. You can use self-awareness to deal with other areas of life as well.
