Just read that Denver SJ is now sports! Who's next? Philly? Will Saga bail on the two BA stations they have now that they have an excuse? You have to first figure out who's probably safe and go from there.

Companies are trying to salvage what reputation they have left. Lincoln financial is the latest.....who's next?? my guess is Greater Media will dump smooth jazz in Philly before the spring book. It's sad but they have no one to blame but themselves and of course those PD's who destroyed radio from the outside looking in. They call themselves......consultants. Go figure.

another little smooth jazz station never talked about here. WSJW in harrisburg, PA. been on the air 4 years and folks on the central PA board claim the owners are more than happy with the results.
another little smooth jazz station, WEZS, Laconia, New Hampshire. An ex-beautiful music station that morphed into smooth jazz on AM!!
another little AM smooth jazz station, jones affiliate WCIN in cincinatti, ohio.
so as all these big smooth jazz stations bite the dust, let's give hats off to these tiny stations that seem to be keeping the format alive in their own little way.
Interstate 78 said:i'm sure jones has to have a cut-off point that when their affiliates drop to a certain number, they pull the format, wouldn't you think? they've got to be getting close to that cut off point by now.
Interstate 78 said:can anyone provide a list or a link to a list of all of jones' smooth jazz affiliates?
