It's pretty simple, Mike. The membership has not voted for him. The broadcasters group, from what I'm told, is very democratic by giving its membership the opportunity to select the inductees. The process is not limited to just a few people making decisions in a back room. His name is on the ballot, along with dozens of other worthy nominees. I, personally, have never voted for him, because other than hearing air checks, I'm not familiar with him. He was before my time. For the past couple of years, for instance, I've been voting for Jack Armstrong, because that's who I was listening to as a teen. I'm sure Dick will get there some day. But it's remarkable at the number of great broadcasters who are out there, awaiting their chance at this Hall of Fame honor.
