Reading these posts, I have to ask....has anyone asked those OUTSIDE the biz why they like Ryan Seacrest? I have and the answer can be summed up in one word...SAFE !! Older adults like him because Ryan Seacrest is the type of guy they wouldn't mind seeing their daughters marry. Guys like him because he has a "cool job and gets the babes" and the girls like him because he is..well "hot". A lot of people are turned on to him because he is like "the boy next door who has done good".
The other day I heard on the radio that the current "top" star among the younger generaton is Ryan Seacrest. Next in line is movie actor Seth Rogen. I don't know but I think I would rather see Seacrest than Rogan. Imagine what Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve would be like with Seth Rogen hosting. At the stroke at midinght..everyone would be smoking and I don't mean cigarettes.
