Dallas also got a similar station yesterday. Univision flipped 107.9 to Bilingual Top 40 as Radio H2O
Rosie Maldonado said:Hm. Well I can't say that he looks better than a 24 year old latina from Miami who is fit. I only call it as I see it. So then you were in LA David Eduardo? As we all know that Tanner jetted ASAP before the Arbitron consultant could even settle in at Power 96 to give the, err um "Analysis" as to why the station is doing so poorly.
Nearly every time I tune into Power, I hear a song i don't really recognize.

They can't say they are responsible for the "Miami sound" any longer. They aren't in the streets. They lack passion. They aren't as aggressive as they should be or used to be. In my opinion, they just aren't meeting the expectations of their core. People "like" Power96 but they don't "love" Power96. The station is stale and stagnant and the ratings are proving it. If done right, DJ106.7 could be a big problem for Power if Power doesn't figure shit out.
DJ Oldschool said:Is there any word on the ratings for DJ 106.7 or for the DJ Laz Morning Show? I loved Laz on Power and expect him to "kill it" on the new station.
DJ Oldschool said:Thanks David. When Laz first went on the air he mentioned the show would also be carried in New York. Have they announced when that will happen? My guess is they would carry the Miami feed since its the same time zone. I could see Laz becoming the Hispanic Ryan Secrest. Very exciting times for Miami's top radio personality.
