My post did indicate then and now!!!! What happened x years ago was then. What is important is what is on air now on radio 1, radio 2, radio 3 and radio 4 and in my book the nationals are the only ones that count. I am privvy to quite a bit of info from various sources about who is using what over here.
You seen to think that i am relating Omnias success to marketing. I am not! The vast majority of your sales are down to people using their ears to choose a box, I know that. What I am saying is that marketing plays a big part in perception of a brand and its products. If you stopped advertising and marketing tomorrow your sales would decline slowly. No point in having your box on market leading XYZ FM if no one else knows.
If you thought otherwise you wouldn't waste money on all those full colour ads you run.
Best regards
