DX Alert - 1040 WJTB is a daytimer but they are still on the air as I type this. They have a black gospel format so if you're hearing that on 1040 it's probably this. Anyone able to DX this station at the moment?

Because WJTB was able to demonstrate that its 5 mV/m contour wouldn't overlap with Canton's 5 mV/m contour, back when WJTB signed on. (And later oAppn, WILB was able to demonstrate that even with a power increase to 15 kW days, its 5 mV/m contour still wouldn't overlap WJTB's.)
