Not only is the oldies HD-2 on 107.5 broadcasting dead air, but the point HD-2 on 106.9 is broadcasting songs at half speed. WTF???? Half speed? I don't know how that is even possible on HD!!!!
Sometimes the sample rate on AES input DSP based audio processors can get "balled up" and result in the audio sounding like it's playing at twice or half speed.rbrucecarter5 said:Not only is the oldies HD-2 on 107.5 broadcasting dead air, but the point HD-2 on 106.9 is broadcasting songs at half speed. Same here, although I've noticed the Eagle play list has gotten better recently. I guess they went down to the record shop and bought some more records. There is actually a pretty good variety on there now. Not the oldies or classic rock station Houston deserves, but much better than the "Hotel California" at the top of every hour station a couple of years ago. I wish they would get together with the Arrow and decide who is going to be classic rock and who is going to be oldies.

I'm with you on that one. May need to vote Love Gun up during the 3:00 hour a few times.
