I can't remember how good of a signal KTUX/Shreveport (99X) has. Does it get into Tyler? What about 98 Rocks (KTAL/Shreveport)? Last time I was up there, I could not pick up the Urban AC (102.9) from Shreveport in Longview, but I could pick up both KTAL and KTUX really well, so I don't think Rock would be a dominant as Urban AC, but East Texas definitely has TOO much country and they need to provide an R&B format for the 25+ audience. Access-1 is African-American owned and operated, I believe. I think it would be the logical choice.<P ID="signature">______________
