Actually, it's the 4th soft AC station... WMIB and WRMA are soft AC.
If thats true then why does the ratings board have WMIB as Spanish Hits and WRMA as Latin Rhythmic???
Maybe the answer is, "because they don't know."
The WRMA calls stand for "Romance" which is spelled the same in English and Spanish and means the same thing. Love songs, soft AC. It is definitely not "Latin" and absolutely not "rhythmic." It is Spanish language soft adult music. Or, simply, AC.
WMIB is a nearly identical to WRMA, but a different owner.
Maybe a quarter of the Spanish language format descriptions are imprecise or wrong.
