Still, WKMB has a better signal in the targeted area than WWTR, which means the folks who used to be on 89.3 WCNJ/WDDM will have the upper hand if they end up doing their own South Asian programming on 1070, versus EBC Radio's programming on 1170.
I'm also surprised the EBC Radio folks didn't consider moving to 1530 WJDM, which also has a better signal in the Edison area than WWTR.
