Since Hippie Radio here in Nashville is still playing "My Ding-A-Ling" by Chuck Berry, I suppose we need to add that one to this list! ;D

Maybe for some male jocks. In my day, I suffered more discomfort back-announcing May the Bird of Paradise Fly Up Your Nose, than I did from genderized song titles like, I Am Woman. My Ding-A-Ling didn't exactly slide off the tongue either.
