Fantastic word game

Be aware of everything that's going in a downward spiral, and every once in a while, take a few moments from the downslide to watch a Megan McCormick episode of "Globe Trekker," or perhaps take in another viewing of "Xanadu" with Olivia Newton-John, and the spiral seems to ease up a bit.

Nonetheless, we shall keep moving forward even though dmargalotti, and nobody else for that matter, provided us with an early morning contribution which is something that everyone uses to start the day.

To start the day today, I cooked a 5 alarm breakfast with bacon, eggs, Hashbrowns, french toast, and coffee.

Kenrayc sounds pretty extra awesome at cooking, most likely because he spent the 80s working in the restraurant business.

I worked at Sambo's and a local chain called Perko's Koffee Kup in the late 70s and Sizzler's in the 80s.

Working in the restaurant business is a degrading, mind-numbingly dull "career" that I thankfully got out of years ago, and to which I have no plans of ever returning, if I have anything to say about it.

[size=8pt]Long story short:
I trained at the Clark County Vocational Skills Centre's cullinary arts programme (waste of time if you're learning-disabled, as I am; they don't understand such students AT ALL) then went directly into a local Red Robin property, then moved to Victoria and worked at the local Keg Steakhouse for a few years. So then I came back to the States, moved to Portland and worked part-time at my local RR (again) and another RR property in Portland whilst attending college. Then a couple years later settled back down in Vancouver and took my current job, in effect finally telling the restaurant industry it could (excuse my rudeness) go f--- itself.

And thanks, dmarg and WMC, for coming in to help put up the ceiling tiles on Saturday. The Band Camp's outstanding (as always) musical performance as it all happened was also electrically transcribed for posterity; CDs will be available in the library and LH12 to-morrow.

I have no plans of ever returning, if I have anything to say about it, because there wasn't much there for me and neither they or I will miss it.

In the Shoprite cart you will find a lot of things that people carelessly leave behind and while it hasn't happened yet, I'm thinking that someday someone just mind find a kid or two.

A kid or two has attempted to complete the band camp application form, complaining that his whole first name (Richard Michael John Paul Stephen Thomas William George Harry James) would not fit on the application with all of his matching photo ID's.

All of his matching photo ID's were once found by a local supermarket employee who promptly turned them in to the courtesy desk since the kid was underage and the ID's could not be used to purchase alcohol.

The untimely passing of Whitney Houston had the staff of the Grammys scrambling at the last minute to change the show to have a special tribute to her.

Her shrine as a device, will feature the autographs of all the people sent to make calls and contributions by so in her name and others, as we have heard all about her for the longest time.

Gotta remember that bolding thing
