Today's few contributions can be attributed at least partially to probable lack of attention given the DSLAM equipment at the Central Office.

This actually is not an unusual happening since the Centuryborg assimilated Qwest last year. They may as well be the Second Coming of U.S. West, from all the horror stories I've read about that company.
