Fantastic word game

Our own minds often wonder how much further (or farther) along we would be towards our goal of 10,000 pages if many of our old friends were still here playing with us.

quadraphonic, raptus, darth, LARR and Anyacat were each good for numerous contributions per day.

Playing with us also included JoeyBabe, who had many great stories about the gas station across the street, but alas, I do believe from some of his stories that he was an elderly gent, and that he now may be spending many happy days with Anyacat telling great stories.

Great stories are handed down from generation to generation and sometimes they find their way into books or movies but other times they remain a time honored tradition between parent and child at bedtime.

Bedtime can't come soon enough as I have to up a lot earlier than normal to attend a meeting.

Miss Silkie, I never got that "elderly gent" vibe regarding joeybabe. I vaguely recall he had issues with the new Radio Discussions boards after the Radio-Info boards changed hands. Or maybe that was someone else. He was a good player. I was sorry to lose him.

Later today in the library we shall post a crossword puzzle grid on the movie screen from the overhead projector and play guess the word.

Linguistic abilities are sorely lacking in many of our new band campers, and a desire to speak and write well means that our language lab is a popular hot spot.

Appeal those eventual demerits is what I might do for missing a word in my earlier contribution.

Either I was typing too fast or I was tired or some combination thereof. I'm wikkid wikkid sorry. Meanwhile, another weekend is upon us as we celebrate an 80s Christmas Rockfest Saturday night at the new Illusions. I'm told that **coughquadraphoniccough** Santa and one **snifflescanmancough** or two of his elves **coughcoughLARRcough** will be on hand all night long so bring the kiddies along with you. Afterwards, it's off to Denny's for an early morning Moon Over My Hammy breakfast.

My earlier contribution was in November, but ready to rock tomorrow night.

Sometimes life events happens, like bury a dog, family issues, and other things.

Tomorrow night as in Saturday night, even though it's 3 AM on the west coast and haven't went to bed yet.

Yes I have had some beers tonight or morning which ever way, and mj of course.

"It's 3 AM on the west coast and haven't went to bed yet" is part of a rare contribution from Kenny and I think we can definitely tell Kenny wasn't exactly himself when he wrote it.

Methinks Kenny has imbibed a bit much on the holiday eggnog. As his entire contribution is not considered a sentence, I would do what we normally do and ignore it and move on from the poster before him (which was me) but I decided this was just too funny to ignore. Let's hope Kenny slept it off and is in better shape for tonight's 80s Christmas Rockfest at Illusions. Dave and I just might be holding him up at the turntable.

A break was taken by Kenny midway through the Rockfest last night so he could rest but he was up and at 'em for the 2nd half of the show and again at Denny's for breakfast.

And, now, he's home napping and will soon prepare for next weekend's 2nd Christmas Rockfest and the following weekend's new year's show. That Kenny is a busy guy when he isn't napping.

A Sunday afternoon on the sofa at my house is a misnomer, but on the other hand it appears that kenrayc and scanman woke up on their sofas and stopped by for a couple of contributions each.
