Fantastic word game

The pictures in the yearbook don't lie: Few of us were as hot and happening as we remember.
 
Remember, please, that this is a one-sentence game and not a two-sentence game.

(Remember that this Wednesday, the 3rd, is the FWG's 2nd anniversary. I emailed Radio-Info's Tom Taylor asking that the Fantastic Word Game thread be mentioned in his newsletter on that date. Don't know if it will be but ya never know. ;) )

(in defense of Marc B, i mean, come on now - i looked at the evidence and saw that Marc was NOT violating FWG policies - he had bolded the beginning part of the sentence and the end of the sentence - where he made the mistake, however, was that he should have italicizied his statement about graduating high school in 2000. so get off his case, okay?? :))

(Ohhhhhh andrea andrea andrea. Have you STILL not learned? Hmmm?? I am SO disappointed. What you see above from Marc's post is TWO sentences. Do you see them andrea? Do you?? The first sentence ends with the word team. Then there's the second sentence. AND, andrea, Marc does something you don't do. He actually uses a period. Good for him. BUT, he has two sentences as part of his clue and AS YOU SHOULD KNOW by now, andrea, this is a ONE SENTENCE game. Right, andrea?? So he should have used one sentence or the other but NOT both. I will give Marc this one-time-only pass as he has recently joined us but this is his only pass. YOU are a different story, andrea. The Game Czar is VERY disappointed in you. The Game Czar issues 9 PowerWorld demerits against you and also a 30 minute PowerWorld timeout. That's not a good thing to happen on the cusp of our 2nd anniversary. Please take this time to think about how you will make this up to your TFWG co-participants. And Anyacat...you should have known....oh never mind. The Game Czar has spoken. 8) )

WMC don't be hard against Andreajesus and MarcB everybody makes mistake from time to time.

Name another web thread that has run continuously for almost two years and continues to attract new participants everyday.

(While I hate to see my fellow TFWG participants lectured by WMC, I do appreciate the dedication and consistency he brings to the position of Game Czar. It is a daunting task keeping some people on this board in line. I will refrain from mentioning any names...but you know who you are) ;) :D

Really andrea!? You really looked at the evidence and didn't see two distinct sentences!? I'm...well...I don't know... What's the word I'm looking for? I guess maybe stunned. If I find you a coupon for Pearle Vision Centers, would you consider paying them a visit?

It's a good thing WMC has already meted out your punishment. I might not have been so generous. :-\
