Fantastic word game

The past couple of months here did not sit well with many fans of the game but we are sure that we are now on the right path to bring us forward with the next 49,579 contributions.

Hello Ed. Nice to see you.

The previous 50,421 contributions have brought us to where we are today even though many of them occurred during three different installments of what we long-timers refer to as The Dark Years.

If you know, you know.

Ed, I don't blame you. So did I.

The Dark Years, to me, is a pretty hyperbolic way to describe barely over one year of whimsical, often absurdist posts featuring an alternative, rural theme, but if that makes you happy, so be it.

Playing this fantastic game makes me happy as well.

A year, CT? It's been that long? It's all kinda fuzzy to me. I'll have to check the archives at some point.

Well, you asked for it, so here's the documentation.

A few posts later, that cow's name was revealed, and down the rural rabbit hole we went.

Jim Rockford's answering machine was one of the best parts of the show but we can't forget about that cool Camaro or that rundown trailer in the beach parking lot.

I think I'd like to try living in a trailer in a beach parking lot. I often wondered if any beach goers confused Jim's trailer for public changing rooms and bathrooms. Sadly, only Gretchen Corbett who played attorney Beth Davenport is the only main cast member still living.

CT, good thing you had that documentation because, otherwise, I never would have believed that I said what you said I said. I'm still shocked that I said what I said.

The beach parking lot at Paradise Cove in Malibu where Jim kept his trailer, is still frequently visited by fans of the show, but unless you get your parking ticket validated by having a meal at the Paradise Cove Beach Cafe, it will cost you $45 dollars to park for 4-hours Monday - Friday.

Also, it was a Pontiac Firebird Esprit. Not a Camaro.

$45 dollars to park for 4-hours Monday - Friday seems well worth it as the beach area looks beautiful.

We could do some lovely young library intern recruiting.

dmargalotti, whatever! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Beautiful to live on the beach in a trailer, but perhaps trading that parking lot for somebody's backyard might be preferable to the parking lot.

The parking lot is where I'll be doing a happy dance because our very own Miss Silkie has reappeared on these pages.

Hello Miss Silkie. Great to see you. Welcome back!

These pages have, for a time, been filled with strange double entendre, a bit much for director of fun, who decided to bypass the discussions, given the whole animal theme, and the little munchkins at band camp.

Afternoon, WMC.

Munchkins at band camp are also very happy to see Miss Silkie return to campus and hope to see her and the interns drop by with some goodies.

Some goodies are all they live for, so we have to turn snack time into some busy fun time on one of our dynamic band camp playgrounds.

They don't belong in the mechanically secured areas of camp which are guarded and patrolled by HOSS scanman's crack staff.

Who are also happy to see us back.

To judge someone, you must live in their shoes before casting stones.

I made that up. I think.

Hi quad. Happy to see you back.
