1270 is an AM station in my area with the call letters KJUG that plays Classic Country Music.

Classic Country Music seems to have been forgotten in many states these days...

Days of Thunder seems like it contained some classic country, but that was one movie to which I didn't pay close attention.

Wait a minute. I'm actually thinking of that Will Ferrell movie. Yall know the one I mean.

Pay close attention to when andrea pops in and out and you'll notice that she only flirts with raptus and pays no attention to the rest of us.

But I'm not TOO offended. I'm just glad she's back. :-* :-* :-*

Another female board member may or may not appreciate raptus's romantic eye depending on whether raptus's eye is more geared towards delicious delicacies or topless driving.

Delicious delicacies or topless driving is a conundrum I struggle with daily.

Lots of linguistic issues (and hedge trimming (no, not that kind of hedge trimming (though I certainly wouldn't object if the offer presented itself (if you know what I mean (and I think you do))))) at Raptus Manor over the weekend. It seemed like my ears started burning on Sunday morning, and now I know why. :)

TFWG's Farm Fresh Produce Depot has never been tainted with the E. coli outbreaks that are common in other internet-based agricultural co-ops.

I'm lookin' at you Peopleofwalmart Veggie Exchange!

A lower class clientele tends to worry about making someone mad, but here in TFWG's fabuloso kitchens we take a certain pride in knowing that our food is clean and properly handled .

by the by, I posted somewhere around here about a meat department incident in which a woman was coughing uncovered, no gloves, etc. While people gave me nasty little looks and a little bit of grief, the pharmacist at the supermarket took the matter very seriously and disappeared the person of interest - as in from the premises permanently.

Knowing that our food is clean and properly handled is a hit or miss proposition these days.

A few years ago, the Norwegian or Swedish (I forget which) government cracked done on chicken farmers and created a law requiring said farmers to completely clean their coops once the chickens have been sold. The farmers moaned and groaned that such procedures would raise the price of chicken, which it did by five cents. Anyway, after the chickens are sold, the coop is sanitized and disinfected before new chickens are introduced. And, remember, these are big industrial sized farms (maybe not as big as the US farms, but big). Guess what happened--the consumers were so thrilled at the safety of the product that no one cared that the chickens cost them five cents more and the incidence of food born diseases plummeted to zero.

These days, it's been pretty difficult to get new members here but we're hoping that Anyacat's 2010 Summer Topless Route 66 Journey will bring more traffic to us.

Speaking of which, kids are just about getting out of school, good weather is just about starting to stick around, people are planning vacations, TFWG is planning their marketing promotion, but we don't hear much these days about the Topless Journey. Anyacat, sweetheart, what's up? ???

More traffic to us in on the way, what with the cinco de mayo celebrations and the seis de mayo make a fool of ourselves party, followed by a bachelor party, according to this little reservation manifest for the band camp lounge on siete de mayo, ocho de mayo y nueve de mayo, so the traffic is on the way.

We are all headed to work this morning no matter which way we take to get there.

Apparently, Mr. Band Camp Director hasn't found his way to the boards this morning. ;D

Which way we take to get there is always more expensive than we planned.

(Per my post on April 15: The tax man cometh and goeth, taking with him my summer plans for a topless journey anywhere. Sad, sad times in Anyaland.)

Change your plans and just do the Journey, Anyacat, even if it's just around the neighborhood with pics posted on a blog, because, in these trying times, the public depends on you for their positive sentiments.
