Fantastic word game

Some other time, I may go back on the road but I am home now (Yay!!!) and so posts will increase and our march toward Page 1000 grows ever closer.



Quad, I'm sure your 2 weeks in the corner office has been very fruitful. Your 2 week assignment expires at midnight Saturday. You may stay there until then if you like (even though tomorrow is Saturday and you'd be about the only one in the building). If not, I'd be happy to take over once again. It's your call. ;D
 
Our march toward Page 1000 grows ever closer and as we move toward that significant milestone you can be sure to see a plethora of references to Olivia Newton-John and band camp because if we didn't have those topics to fall back on, our progress would be much slower than anticipated.
 
Anticipated growth in the TFWG sector rose more sharply than even an exuberant Olivia Newton-John fan could have expected.

I'm sorry. "Exuberant" and "Olivia Newton-John fan" were redundant. Apologies.
 
An exuberant Olivia Newton-John fan could have expected that Olivia might have reprised her role in Grease 2 but she did not and, alas, Grease 2 was a massive dud.
 
Somebody lost their job but I recall way back when seeing an interview with Olivia where she said that she and Travolta were asked to make cameos in the film but, obviously, they didn't and the only returning castmembers with whom filmgoers were able to bond with were Eve Arden, Dody Goodman, Sid Caeser. Didi Conn, and Eddie Deezen.
 
Eve Arden, Dody Goodman, Sid Caeser. Didi Conn, and Eddie Deezen were only bit players in the original "Grease" as far as I was concerned, and they could reprise their roles in "Grease 2" to their hearts' content, because the only performer who mattered in "Grease," same as today, from the minute she hit the screen to the final dance scene, was Olivia Newton-John.
 
Olivia Newton-John should consider filming a "Grease: 20 Years Later" update and I would imagine it would do wonderous things at the box office because there are about 6 people here, including me, who would see it about 1000 times each.

And speaking of 1000---

There are about 6 people here, including me, who would see it about 1000 times each if Olivia Newton-John revisited the "Grease" franchise on the big screen, but it would mean more if she were coming to an intimate theater setting near you[reverb]!
 
If she were coming to an intimate theater setting near you, she's probably have a bunch of bodyguards to protect herself from likes of us.

I need to check Facebook. Is ONJ on there yet? If she is, that's going to be one more point of contact we can all call into our account when she comes to that nearby theater.
 
Over the years, many rising and established stars have appeared on the PowerWorld Band Camp Musical and Variety Stage and, this year, for the first time, the American Idol Summer Tour will make a stop here at the request of our younger attendees.


Seacrest, Abdul, Cowell and the rest not included. :D

A certain American Idol trio has no place here at TFWG especially when Seacrest can get $45 million to host that show and I get nothing to host this show. ;D
 
I get nothing to host this show, were WMC2006's words as he commandeered TWFG, made up new rules and did not respect his elders, namely Silkie.

Namely Silkie and others who showed up much later in the game, it's just like her and them to complain about the new rules but it's me and others who have been around since the beginning who keep this little cart rolling along.


Silkie, honeypie, I know you are my elder but I didn't want to disrespect you by shouting it to the world. But now you've done that for me. :D Methinks that Silkie, with her comments and grousing, might very well be the female Ssummers. 8)
