AC/DC comes from the land down under, which reminds me that I will never understand modern home inspectors, who have a tendency to inspect from the top down, as though they were painting, rather than from the foundation up, the way the home was built.
Come on, people; the place was built from the foundation up, is inspected by appraisers from the foundation up and should be inspected by structural engineers and home inspectors from the foundation up...unless, of course, your listing agent asks the appraiser on the QT to kill it, in which case the appraiser whose property is being appraised is asked if it is okay to just start all the way at the top and work down as low as you can go after your listing agent says to the appraiser, "This is the one we talked about". Banks have been known to do the same thing, so that they don't have to make loans.
