Fantastic word game

The criminal owns up to it sometimes, but we repeatedly hear in the news that a person who is presumed innocent until proven guilty is on trial to "prove his innocence", so it just shows to go ya....

Laundry machines in the basement of the apartment complex's office/clubhouse building are broken, so to-morrow I'll go and get my old 1970s-era Frigidaire washer/dryer combo thing out of the storage unit.

[size=8pt]In the past I have put the thing in the bathroom. I vent the dryer out the window, drain the washer into the turlet and run it off the regular 15-amp 120-volt power outlet. A hack, yes, but it works. Certainly beats spending $2.50 just to wash my clothes at the laundromat up the road (and that figure doesn't take drying into account, either......)

Out of the storage unit came the rickety old ringer washer, but it got the job done better than that upscale coin-op laundry in the basement.

Since nobody seems to have noticed, the clue was "it just shows to go ya", not "it just goes to show ya".

That upscale coin-op laundry in the basement was filled with people who noticed quad's mistake in misquoting Silkie's previous end clue however they were too polite to mention it.

Along with proper nutrition and rest, Doctor Game Czar recommends plenty of ON-J music and a healthy dose of punctuation and grammar from our Linguistics Czar.

A healthy dose of punctuation and grammar from our Linguistics Czar is part of the curriculum in the library language lab.

Need we remind you that the library is one of those important "Remember September" markers, a landmark if you will, in its own right?
