Fantastic word game

If they are able to take a nap in the afternoon, they'll be ready to go to Illusions in the evening.

In the evening we occasionally think of the opening line of Snoopy's authorship, and we wonder how he ever thought of it, considering that any author can tell you that the very first line of a book is the most difficult.

Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back is our motto in the Fun Department, which generally means nothing, since nobody pays anyway.

Anyway you look at it, you are bound to have some fun when taking part in anything organized by Miss Silkie and Sweetie Pie.

Anything organized by Miss Silkie and Sweetie Pie would always be excellent, especially Miss Silkie's cooking.

Miss Silkie's cooking is always wonderful to behold and so might anything by kenrayc if he would just show up more consistently.

Those little side gigs of ours are always part of the big picture, and have always brought us great joy, because just take care of each other and then before you know it, the job gets done.

Without a month's supply of bottled water stocked safely away for the next disaster-to-end-all-disasters, you're going to have to deal with unruly crowds and price gouging.

Unruly crowds and price gouging cads are barely a scratch on the surface when it comes to some of the antics employed by gypsies, tramps and thieves, butchers, bakers and candlestick makers.

Tubs upon tubs overflowing with spaghetti were in my dreams last night.

[size=8pt]Is that valid? It's REALLY hard to make a complete sentence from a singular noun without preceding it with "a" or pluralising it. I'll leave it open for debate amongst my fellow staffers.

Last night we got another round of heavy rainfall which caused the recently receded flood waters from Hurricane Irene to flood all over again and that forced the closing of schools in several local districts.

Darth, the answer to your question is "no". I'm sure our Game Czar can point you to the specific paragraph and sub paragraph while quoting the exact verbiage found in the official TFWG rules book but it says something to the effect of "the modification of a beginning or ending clue for the intended purpose of making it easier to contribute a post is strictly prohibited".

Districts1 and 2 are nearly completed, according to the information that was inadvertently redirected to the Fun Department on the way from the IT Department.

Sounds like I got outa the way by this much, and now Maria appears to be headed this way, although it might take the same track as Katia.

Taking the liberty, Miss Silkie.....

On the way from the IT department yesterday, I stopped in at Power World HQ to see if everyone in the main office was still alive and their Mentor 2000 was still functioning, as I haven't received a trouble ticket from them in about a month and a half.

[size=8pt]And when I arrived, there was not a soul around and the place was locked down tighter than Alcatraz. Might try again to-night...

I haven't received a trouble ticket from them in about a month and a half which means the unit is either holding up really well or it has no problems because it is hardly being used.

Being used by Darth_vader, who took "the liberty", was exactly the clue I intended to leave, so the correct intention was perceived by Darth, our IT guy.

I was kind of in a position of waiting for Sweetie Pie to figure out what was giving him difficulty. I hit "post" right about the time he figured out the IP address whence the problem originated, which coincided with a bit of a clatter. So, I thank you, dear IT Expert.
