Fantastic word game

The computer science and mathematics world s did not collide too much during my days in college because computers were only just starting to be used for homework assignments and class projects as my higher education was coming to an end.

Alien butt was sort of what we kicked that day in the library when the pest control company asked, quoting the line from Independence Day, "Do you think they have any idea what we're getting ready to do to them?".

Under the sun, it's best to stay hydrated and cool but, if you must be out and about during the oppressive heat, please feel free to stop by one of PowerWorld's cooling centers located around town.

There are plenty of them open tomorrow for the holiday as well as in band camp. Much of the company will be volunteering during some part of the day at some point tomorrow around camp. See ya there!

Stop by one of PowerWorld's cooling centers located around town, and don't hesitate to bring the dogs, cats and other creatures (except vermin of assorted species and varieties, two and four legged), where they will find fresh water in our cooled critter fountains.

Our cooled critter fountains are available in the campus parks to be used for their stated purpose, but there's not one at the Pendleton campus yet because they're still on backorder until possibly the middle of August.

[size=8pt]Can't blame the requisition office this time. Blame a labour strike at the only factory in the entire country that makes them!

We still have another day to go, wild explosives on the Reservation nearby, the Band Camp and our own Buck Wild and his Trappers playing on stage and all the free Orangina you can drink!

Disc recordings of the ITFS feeds of the Grand Opening bonanza will be available tomorrow (today?) in the library at the Pendleton campus, as well as the computer pavillion. If you can't afford to buy a copy, bring a blank (single-layer DVD+R only!) and a handful of patriotic U.S. coins (if you feel like it) to me at the pavillion! The entire broadcast day (including the pre-signon Band Camp rehearsal before opening) easily fills out a single 4.7 gigabyte disc. Amazing the things they're doing with MPEG4 compression these days.

If you still can't make the trip out to PDT, have fun out there! Have a blast...but...don't blow yourselves up.....

Rush on it before everything is gone at the liquidation sale at the fair grounds.

Happy 4th Everyone!!!

What Olivia Newton-John and Megan McCormick would do is encourage you to drink plenty of liquids and take it easy whether you are marching in a parade, watching a parade or topless driving.

Darth, good news. We have an extra cooling station (just one, sorry) that was not in use or assembled yet. We are loading it onto a truck now which should leave PowerWorld within the hour, heading your way. A bunch of guys are accompanying it and they will put it together. You'll have to free up a dozen or so of your guys out there to assist them.

Topless driving is an idea I saw on the license plate frame of a convertible Chrysler today.

That's all it said on the bottom: "Driving topless." At least the driver had the car top down that time, so it was true.
