Fantastic word game

That's not so great when you expect bikini chicks and none show up, like what's happening to WMC, but I hope this lack of bikini chicks doesn't affect the timbre and tone of his vacation summaries when he gets back .

When he gets back to the Computer Centre there will be a pancake feed for Robin, since he was in hospital for most of July and has now made a full recovery.

[size=8pt]Tripped on a taut bundle of cables in Margalotti Hall last summer, fell and busted three ribs and screwed up his neck something awful.

Document from the recently-declassified Official Computer Centre Recipes File (codebase 6/2002; R3.7/2009 April 31):

Ingredients of type and amount specified in applicable line of "VARIATIONS" section below (if desired)

Acquire from kitchen or HESD* the following supplies:
1-cup measuring device
Plastic pitcher with beak
Fork or small wire whisk
Plastic spatula (do not use metal spatula with nonstick cooking surfaces)
Rubber scraper
Dinner knife or flatedge
Teflon-coated (or other non-stick) electric griddle
Heat-resistant plastic bench scraper
Measuring devices appropriate for desired variation

Acquire from kitchen or HESD the following additional supplies ONLY if using alternate recipe:
3/4-cup measuring device
1-tablespoon measuring device (2 required)
1-teaspoon measuring device
1/2-teaspoon measuring device

* Home Economics Supply Department

Alternate ingredients list (to be used only if Bisquick is unavailable):
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour (do not use whole-wheat, gluten-free or self-rising flour)
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (do not use margarine or butter)
1 tablespoon sugar (do not use artificial sweeteners or sugar substitutes)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

=== ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE ===
0. Wash hands thoroughly and clean and sanitise all tools and work surfaces prior to and following use. Read, understand and follow all instructions and safety rules in recipe and on equipment prior to and during preparation process.
1. Proceed to room 220 and set up the electric gridle on the working counter below the vent hood. Set griddle thermostat to 350 degrees F.
2. Measure out two cups of Bisquick, one cup of milk and the two eggs into the plastic pitcher.
If bisquick is not available, use alternate ingredients list above, adding ingredients to pitcher in order shown.
3. Mix all ingredients with fork or wire whisk until all blended. Prepared batter MUST be smooth with no visible lumps.
4. When griddle is hot, pour batter DIRECTLY onto nonstick griddle surface until about 4-5" in diametre. DO NOT APPLY MARGARINE, BUTTER, OIL OR ANY OTHER FAT TO GRIDDLE SURFACE. The texture and apperance of the pancakes will be significantly degraded if fat is applied directly to griddle.
5. Flip pancakes when edges are dry and bubbles no longer burst. Pancakes are ready when surfaces of both sides are smooth and have a uniform medium-brown colour. Pancakes with white patches must be discarded.
6. Remove from griddle and arrange on serving platter.
7. Prepare griddle for next batch by using the "boil-off" method and scrape released residue into grease trap using heat-resistant plastic bench scraper (do not use metal bench scraper with nonstick cooking surfaces) or unplug and let cool before washing.

My work day flies by with the most music and the best variety of the 90's and today, so says one radio station.

From 9 a.m. to noon, I was preparing to soak up the sun but, once I got out there, I soaked it up for maybe 3 hours before the cloudcover took over.

But, hey, it's warm out and I'm getting alot of R&R so I can't complain.

The cloud cover took over as the action moved from the beach to the indoor pool at the seedy seashore motel in Florida where WMC was able to book a room for $39.99 per night.

For $39.99 per night, you'd get what you pay for but, fortunately, as I'm staying in a condo with relatives, I get to stay for free.

I get to stay for free, since my $39.99 post froze up three times, which makes me wonder if I should have given Darth_vader any ideas (such as perhaps sifting the flour if not using Bisquick) for the cooking classes he is teaching, for which the Fun Department nominated him.

Those library interns sure are appealing which is why any classes they teach at band camp are the best attended and the kids receive some of the highest grades.
