Fantastic word game

Stereo vision was apparently a working title at one point for the song, "Double Vision" by Foreigner.

At least that was the story going around band camp back in '78.

Double entendre is a lot of fun to compose but I'm afraid that there are some people who participate in the Fantastic Word Game (sometimes abbreviated as TFWG, FWG or the more pronounceable FaWoGa) who have a difficult time coming up with just a single entendre.

I want to do the right thing by using quad's ending clue but it looks like he accidentally bolded his entire clue so I'll have to use a form of TheDude Rule (TDR as some prefer) by choosing part of his clue on my own.

Of course, the full and complete TheDude Rule would allow me to come up with a whole new clue but I chose to go with the easier way. ;)

Daily visits to The Fantastic Word Game (TFWG as I and pretty much everyone else prefer) are a great way to enjoy your day and to stay informed about the world's hot topics such as Megan, Olivia, and topless driving.

The world's hot topics such as Megan, Olivia, and topless driving are covered in breakout sessions during each weekly band camp this summer.

So sorry about the most recent faux pas.

Band camp this summer is scheduled to begin on June 1st so we would like to remind all parents that if you have not yet registered your boys and girls you still have time but please remember that space is limited so please don't wait until the last minute.

The last minute of any game after the high school level (maybe small college sports is okay) is the most exciting to me, because that's the time when the final score is nailed down, and then the best part: everybody can leave.

Yeah, I'm just not much for the rah-rah deep pockets sports these days.

Shy of any puns involving the word "shy" unless I make a reference to Shai, the singer who had three big hits in 1992-93, or Chi Coltrane, who did Thunder & Lightning in 1972, I'm choosing to not mention either one of them because hardly anyone remembers them and people would likely think the names are pronounced like "shay" and "chy" and people mispronouncing the names would destroy the effect of any pun I could come up with.

Well...I guess I could have claimed to come from Illinois and say that I was born in Shy-town...but I don't want to reach too far in coming up with puns. They're not funny when they take so much effort! (I know, I know---some of you think they aren't funny anyway! Wise guys!

TFWG itself is made better, stronger, and faster by everyone's posts, even the witty (or non-witty) puns and the often-incoherent, confusing rambling and the inexcusable bolding mistakes and other things like run-on sentences.

The one sentence rule is mandatory so anyone who doesn't understand that and refuses to comply with it will be shackled, tarred, and feathered in the PowerWorld Town Square (PWTS as everyone prefers).
