Fantastic word game

All of their free time of late has been spent keeping the good people at the FWG from getting green eyes over WMC's upcoming vacay.

WMC's upcoming vacay is slightly shorter than usual but will hopefully include some quality beach time, some quality eye candy time, and a nice afternoon enjoying some Boston Red Sox spring training baseball.

When the actual season begins, the pitchers will be expected to pitch well, the catchers will be expected to catch well, and the shortstops will be expected to stop short.

To stop short means, at times, to manage seatbelt contusions, which are better than broken windshields and the other injuries that result from no seatbelt at all.

At all times, I wear my seatbelt, even way back in 1986 before it was a law and it saved my life in a rollover accident.

In Florida.

A rollover accident is something serious but, fortunately, in my case, it only involved me and, luckily, I was not injured.

The car, on the other hand, did not survive.

I was not injured replying to my own thread which is apparently the only way there will be any participation today whatsoever.

I head to Florida in the morning so hopefully someone else comes in to pick up the slack.

Whatsoever happens tonight I do plan to play a lot of great music.

I was also in a rollover accident back in 1994 on a snowy mountain road, I was a passenger along with 2 other people and we all walked away from it with minor injuries, the car totaled.

MarcB attempting to ride the mechanical bull is always entertaining to watch because he usually falls off after only three seconds and, if the mechanical bull is actually plugged in, he falls off after just one second.

The process of making my contribution begins with a well thought out visual of all those chickie kisses being slathered on poor MarcB, as he manages the mechanical bull, which he brought to our attention way back when, in a time when we were good enough for him, and from there I usually find that my post is complete.

Wrap yourself around that thought for awhile.

TFWG or the FWG as we call it in the fun department, is a word game in which sentences are structured by taking the bold ending of the prior sentence and creating a new sentence; however, in our case it is a word game extraordinaire, with a delayed record time of approximately 60 days and five and one-half pages before we arrive on the 3,000th page.

Pages 2,994, 2,995, 2,996, 2,997, 2,998 and 2,999 will be accomplished soon enough, thanks to our adroit (speaking of words of the day) team of contributors and our thoughts and prayers for those who go missing among our regular contributors, from time to time.

From time to time we all need to get away so I hope WMC is enjoying is Florida vacation and he should rest easy knowing that the corner office and all TFWG operations are in my capable hands.

Miss Silkie, please let the lovely young library interns know that in WMC's absence, they can expect frequent visits from me all this week. You know, just so they don't get lonely.

My capable hands refuse to shovel this stuff if it keeps coming down, just so that everyone knows.

“My motto is very personal and may not fit anyone else or any other company. It is: Don't do anything that someone else can do. Don't undertake a project unless it is manifestly important and nearly impossible.” ― Edwin H. Land

Just so that everyone knows, you're supposed to stop on a red light and go on a green light, but I'm not really sure what you should do when you meet a woman with red hair and green eyes.
