Fantastic word game

Back in December we might have been pooh poohed out of existence entirely if we had told anyone what winter had in store for us.

But thank goodness that is past, and we have Spring and Summer Sessions coming up along with daffodils and hyacinths, crocus and lilies. Preparations have been made to avoid drama, though there is only so much one can do.

Winter had in store for us a lot of icicles and if I could have attached a "B" to the front of an icicle I could have ridden somewhere where it's warmer.

It's warmer here today than it was yesterday and, over the weekend, it might be even warmer than that.

Happy Weekend everyone! Hope to see everyone here at least once or twice this weekend.

Warmer than that that fireball thrown at the Scarecrow by the Wicked Witch of the West was the reception Dorothy received when she arrived back home in Kansas with her little dog, Toto.

Her little dog, Toto, received full compensation as a star of the movie even though his speaking role was very limited.

The head of the line of men waiting to use the head would not let me cut in line, so I could not use the head until the head of the line and all the men who were in line after him used the head.

That's what I get for drinking five cups of soda at a Dodgers game!

The head moderator guy here at Radio Discussions did, on occasion, pop in here to play the game when the site first came back but we haven't seen him in quite awhile now so I'm wondering if he is still on the job.

On the job everyday as Game Czar, I'm here to help us keep going even when everyone else is out enjoying life.

Because that's what Game Czars do.

Enjoying life as they do every day, the little band campers have created their own little game to figure out where all the regular contributors go every weekend when they aren't here.

When they aren't here, WMC and quad and dmargalotti can't make posts, and if they can't make posts, then I won't be able to put up the fence around the south edge of the band camp property.

See what I did there? By the way, here is today's Fun Factoid: Linguists say that the most commonly understood word in the entire world is "OK" or "Okay." It's spoken in almost every country. The second most commonly understood word is "Coca-Cola" or "Coke."

The band camp property is quite large yet is properly secured and well guarded.

LARR, you are falling behind on your Factoids. Supposed to be minimum 3 per week. I trust you will get back on track this week. The band campers and I thank you.

Well guarded by LARR, those Factoids are sure to come to light this week as LARR begins to spill the beans.

Happy Monday and welcome to today's Early Morning Contribution.

Spill the beans if you must, preferably into the chili pot, but please please don't eat the daisies, please don't talk to the lifeguard, and don't spill the wine, diggin' the girl or not.

The people these interns show up with!

Your favorite nightclub in Wolcott, CT has begun hosting a "Sad Hour" to appease the regulars who aren't always happy enough to want to participate in Happy Hour.

And why is Happy Hour usually three or four hours long? Anyway, here are three Fun Factoids to fulfill the fancy of all the fun factoid fanciers: Richard Nixon liked to put catsup on cottage cheese. Thousand Island dressing was named for the Thousand Islands in the St. Lawrence River but the actual number of islands there is 1864. Buddy Bell holds the major-league record for appearing in 3648 games as a player or manager and never being in a playoff game. Chaw on those a while, partners!

Your favorite nightclub in Wolcott, CT used to get deals on cases of water from your favorite big box store, and the chickies in the back corner, across from the mechanical bull, adjusted each others' hats, helped with each others' makeup and and traded/loaned out their valuable mix and match jewels to one another, to meet the highest bidder to play main squeeze for a night.

To meet the highest bidder to play main squeeze for a night during Happy Hour at your favorite nightclub in Wolcott, CT, we first need to doublecheck our contributions so that we aren't posting at the same time as someone else and if we are posting at the same time as someone else then we should edit our contribution to reflect the new clue that was submitted during that time.
