Fantastic word game

Political affiliation of one's parents is not a determining factor in deciding to accept a child into our band camp education program.

Wow, dmargalotti making a rare weekend appearance!

Possible that we may have a larger than normal crowd this Saturday at Illusions because both The Lovely Olivia and The Lovely Megan have both informed us that they will be joining us for the fun and festivities.

The fun and festivities don't stop until last call and then it's off to Denny's where it's Grand Slam breakfasts for everyone except Miss Silkie who prefers to order a bran muffin and half a grapefruit.

Our favorite little ice cream parlor has all the extras that dmargalotti enjoys including nuts, jimmies, cool whip, chocolate chips, hot fudge, and a little dash of Megan on top.

Nuts, jimmies, cool whip, chocolate chips, hot fudge, and a little dash of Megan on top sounds kind of messy but I can tell you that around here jimmies are called sprinkles.

Sprinkles are used on ice cream, and we are also stocking up on them for Christmastime when we make our sugar plum castle.

When we make our sugar plum castle, I'll be sure to add a dollop of ice cream with jimmies on top because that's what they are called.

I just signed a new PowerWorld law. They are jimmies. All signage will be changed by the end of next week.

That's what they are called where you are and that's fine because we have a long history of regional names for everything from sub sandwiches (subs, hoagies, grinders) to soda (cola, pop, Coke) so you can sign all the laws you want but the Constitution guarantees me the freedom of speech to call them whatever I want.

I want to be a Toys R Us kid will no longer be heard coming from the singing kiddies making a commercial.

Comparatively speaking, Lincoln Logs have increased in value over plain old twigs.

It's another weekend which means another 80s Rockfest which means another great Denny's breakfast. Wouldn't it be nice if Kenny showed his face here once in a while? Might be time to rename the Rockfest to Dave and WMC's 80s Rockfest.

Old twigs may have been used by Kenny to play music during the very early days of the 80s Rockfest (that was the 1880s Rockfest) but nowadays he uses the very best equipment money can buy as long as he can figure out the instructions.

Thanks to everyone for helping out with the cleanup early this morning at Illusions and good to see everyone at Denny's afterward.

Volunteer lists are going up tomorrow for the Labor Day move-in for the Fall Session. That of course happens next weekend so clear your schedules.

A drawing on one of the walls inside an ancient cave was recently discovered near one of our band camps and while experts aren't quite sure of it's origin, they think it might depict the great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandfather of WMC who can be see chasing some lovely young cave women around a fire.
