I am talking about the upcoming Early Summer Band Camp Session (ESBCS as some prefer) which starts next week and for which some of the early arrivals will move in on Friday.

Thanks to those of you who have volunteered for some part of the weekend. You should have received your assignments by now. If not, please contact Betty in HR. I will roaming around campus all weekend. I look forward to running into all of you. Stuart, Melinda is looking forward to your participation once again. Ms. Phyllis is welcome to join you if she is available.
