Fantastic word game

Services for Sunday in the greater Worcester/Central Mass area will move to Zoom so that everyone has a chance to clean out and remain safe at home.

Yup, in real life here in central Massachusetts, seems we might be getting around a foot of snow. And, again, in my real life retail world, I'll be working tomorrow as I expect to be snowed out Monday while cleaning out. It was stupid-busy today and it will be worse tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Ed, great to see you back!

Stuart, it's WMC (as I prefer), not WCM. It's ok, though, I've only been here for 17 years, not very long, it's only natural that you'd forget how to spell 3 letters. :D

Lester, welcome back to TFWG (as I prefer). You are not new, you've been here before, so you should know to keep your contribution to one sentence and one sentence only. We thank you for your understanding and commitment.

And, finally, for most of us (but not me in this case), it's the end of the work week and on to the next snow-themed 80s Rockfest tomorrow night at the new Illusions. Dave and kenny and I will be rocking the tunes if we can make it in. If not, we'll rock it out on the huge PowerWorld livestream. Later, hit up breakfast at Denny's and just stay there to weather the storm.

Have a great weekend!!

Remain safe at home and play the Fantastic Word Game whenever the weather goes to crap.

There's a possibility of significant snowfall in my area as well, particularly on early Tuesday.

Our first responders to the 20% off admission flyer, that was sent out for a discount to tonight's festivities at the new Illusions, responded by showing up 15 minutes before the doors opened, and standing in line holding baseball bats, brass knuckles, a coal miner's glove, and even a steel folding chair.

I think we may have mixed up the flyers.

The buildup to a no-disqualification cage match usually includes one or two matches held under conventional rules that end in controversial finishes, which only whet the fans' appetites for a final showdown with a conclusive result.

A conclusive result has become much less frequent on the modern product, with a typical card now flushed with false finishes and outside interference.

Sonewhere out there, a timer begins to countdown a head explosion in Massachusetts.

DXing also involves crossing your arms in an X above your head, advising everyone else to suck it, and posing the age old question are you ready?

Symbionese is a fantastic way to label our little band of orphans that make up this society.

Doink the Clown. There's your wrestling.

Ground is expected to be covered with snow starting around now and continuing throughout Sunday.

Have I ever mentioned how much I hate winter and prefer the sunny beaches of Florida? Oh I haven't?? Well, let me tell you, I much prefer the sunny beaches of Florida!!

Hey, we are having a great time down here at the new Illusions. A few of the lovely young library interns have tried the Denny's mechanical bull. Let's just say I think they may be taking an extra day or two off after that.

Sunday is usually a day of rest and relaxation, but if you're the Director of Linguistics (or DoL, as some prefer,) you have to keep a close watch on the pesky posters at TFWG, because they sometimes end up committing word crimes.
