Fantastic word game

The list of celebrities whose names have been used as a TFWG clue include The Lovely Olivia (TLO as most prefer), Megan McCormick, Johnny Mathis, and the lovely young library interns.

The lovely young library interns, unhappy under the strict rules on appearance and conduct imposed by their taskmaster, Miss Silkie, all wish they could be like my personal intern: petite, blonde, smart and independent.

Independent sources have verified that the Fantastic Word Game (TFWG as is now almost universally preferred) consistently rates as the No. 1 Internet Game Thread.

The No. 1 Internet Game Thread (IGT as no one prefers) has seen a lot of people come and go and come back again.

I have returned home from partly sunny Florida. Have a great weekend!

Half of my luggage was filled with resumes from potential new lovely young library interns so I really didn't have room for oranges or anything else.

Normally, I wouldn't be holding meet-and-greets for lovely young library interns because I'm not a Game Czar anymore but the Board of Governors contacted me before I left and asked me to do that. I was happy to accommodate that request.

Illegal contributions are flagged by the Director Of Linguistics (DOL as some prefer) who assigns demerits to the responsible individual.

Individual contributors who commit linguistic crimes will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law in the Court Of Linguistics (COL as most prefer).

Weeks turn into years, how quick they pass, and all the stars that never were are parking cars and pumping gas.

Yes, I stole borrowed the words from Dionne Warwick. (Burt Bacharach actually. He wrote it.)

Check your oil level, Mr. dmargalotti, because I saw a large fresh spot of the stuff in your personal parking space in front of the administrative building.
