Fantastic word game

Favorites he'd sung thousands of times delighted the audience at a recent Paul McCartney concert, but the highlight of the show was a rare performance of "Help!"

The DoL has many responsibilities around here including acting as Interim Game Czar (IGC as some prefer) while bowing to the wishes and needs of the Board of Governors.

Concern over havin' a foot in the hole, n' a banana peel underneath the other'n, is the gravest one that the Board of Governors currently faces.

Gravest... hole. You dig?

I'm such a card! Too bad it's the joker.

Needs o' the Board's governors include a steady supply o' Depends, n' e'nuff Ensure bottles to make it through the current legislative session.

BTW, CT, did you know you were the actin' Game Czar, now? That there informational tidbit (not o' Silkie's Tasty variety) is news to me. I reckon, with yer unwaverin" desire n' support o' restorin' the barnyard critters to the Fantastic field, ol' WMC mighta not completely thunk that one through.

The current legislative session is now in session, n' the (sometimes) honorable, Stetson-wearin' codger from the great State of Texas hereby nominates our friend n' feller colleague, from Vermont, to the official capacity o' Fantastic Word Game...uh...Game Czar, n' would like to open the floor fer further discussion amongst the group n' possibly take a vote on the matter at hand.

I went again 'cuz, hey, a good idea...is a good idea. We vote on a leader. What a novel concept! If confirmed, CT, I'd like to send an immediate bill to yer (n' Kayla's, o' course) desk, grantin' the immediate pardon n' release o' both the Sinister Semicolon n' Evil Ellipsis to regular gameplay. Might as well legalize the Dastardly Dash n' Bastardly Bracket, too. It'd sure make the cold storage pro-prietor in DeSantisland plumb giddy, I reckon.

All in favor of CTListener, as the occupant o' the cozy, plush, Game Czar corner office, please indicate so with a simple "I". Opposed? Well, that's fine too, but expect a FedEx delivery truck worth o' demerits (postmarked Hartland, Vermont, obviously) on yer front stoop.

One vote of "I" from Texas is formally established.

A vote on the matter at hand may place me in the corner office, but not for long, as I plan to relinquish the title immediately and turn the office over to rosecitymedia while retaining my current position and carving out a new one, namely Director of Animal Husbandry (DoAH, as cattle prefer), for WMC2006, who has well-documented experience in that field.

That field mouse that's been sneaking around our kitchen each night looking for food to take back to it's nest was no match for Miss Bitsy, our 23 pound grey tabby.

Miss Bitsy, our [dmargalotti's] 23 pound grey tabby is going to make sure that her master gets a visit from the DoL for his unnecessary apostrophe.

The second one must go; the first one's OK. So is the one I just used.

His unnecessary apostrophe will disappear into the wilds of the interweb because it's the weekend which leads to more important things.

Such as joining Dave, kenny, myself and the Denny's-sponsored, permanently-guarded mechanical bull tomorrow night at the new Illusions for another fantastic 80s Rockfest. See ya there and have a great weekend.

Reasonably sure (but I COULD be wrong) that I've mentioned before that CT is the acting Game Czar. I vote "Nay" for permanent authority if all he is going to do is step down in favor of rosecity taking over. Especially when rosecity has railed against the thought of even having a Game Czar. Remember all his stuff about scaring people away, about scaring Stuart away, etc etc. He has left twice and come back 3 times and shut the place down for several days earlier in the year. And we want that? Nope. Nay!!!

More important things need to be discussed such as the hiring and training of more lovely young library interns, expanding the new Illusions, and opening up the next group of worldwide band camp locations.

Time zones show me contributing all by myself this weekend so here I go again continuing to keep the ship afloat.

It's what a former Game Czar does.

Overboard is a tad extreme there, CT, and don't we certainly have a negative attitude this evening!

And keep in mind the members of the Board of Governors (BoG as only they prefer) are all elderly and each weigh about a buck fifty soaking wet so throwing them overboard won't help much.

This evening I will
Leave my contribution for
The one who posts next.
