Faster Pitch on MeTV (WCMH-TV 4.2)?

Looks like we've got a Green Acres fan club here!  What other show could have a washing machine (a genuine Clagwell that Haney "refurbished" for the Ziffels) chasing the homeowners out of the house?  And yes, those Arnold epics were classic, from the Birnbacher Estate series with the closet-sized room for the Douglas' in Chicago (while Arnold gets the Presidential Suite), to the Hollywood "scream test" where Arnold gives up his Hollywood career out of compassion for the horse who's trying to earn enough to send his son to Stanford....

I did find the Beeping Rock on Hulu.  Haven't seen that one in ages, so I plan to watch soon.

I think he meant when Nick at Nite was good.

Yes. When they used to go to the classic tv shows at 8. Even before tv land.

I agree that ME TV is a vast improvement to RTV and TV (B)Land. Classic TV programming is what made TV land a channel that everyone wanted and years ago they all but abandoned the classic TV viewer. On a side note, Do they really think that their viewer's don't notice an additional 12 MINUTES of commercials?
Long Live ME TV!

Standing Ovation.

Now if WCMH can figure out how to sell the breaks.

Oh and keep the weather insert fresh. Too many Bob Nunally weather breaks at 10 pm saying expect a sunny day today. Sheesh.

The only problem with Classic TV? How long before they run out of shows people want to watch? For every "Green Acres", there are probably three or four innane shows.

That said, check this out:

http://cincinnati.com/blogs/tv/2011/10/27/cunningham-shot-down-by-the-big-valley/

... But the first-ever ratings for Channel 5.2′s retro Me-TV this week contain some surprises:

–”The Big Valley” gunned down the new “Bill Cunningham Show” the first two days, at 3 p.m....

“The Big Valley” both days beat Channel 64′s ...

–”Bonanza,” the old Lorne Greene-Michael Landon Western (1959-73) at 2 p.m. also did well, fourth on Monday and sixth on Tuesday. ...

–”The Rifleman,” the old Chuck Connors-Johnny Crawford Western, tied the Fox19 6:30 p.m. news Tuesday with a 0.8 rating for last (sixth) place.

–”M*A*S*H” at 7 p.m. Tuesday also placed fourth ...

I haven't noticed any speed problems up here on Me-TV Cleveland (WOIO 19.2).

Listen to the Cannon or Hawaii Five-O opening theme songs. Sometimes they run the Hawaii Five-O theme music so fast it sounds cartoonish. At first, I thought it was some kind of an encoding error, then I started listening closely and figured it had to be on purpose to happen so many times.
