Favorite Massachusetts Radio Stations

Larry has done tremendous work on the little station that could & continues to do so.
He has helped me keep myself on the local airwaves & I thank him for it!~

It's nice to that WTBR is back up and raring to go. It's always been a nice little station. I remember hearing it back in the late 70's while living in Great Barrington (20 miles away). For the 10 watts it had back then, it covered pretty well. Nice to hear is now full power and in Stereo. Congrats to 'TBR.

WAQY (late 70's), WAAF (same era), WZOU (early 80's - I think Jeff Berlin was there...also Harvey Wharfield, Carla Leonardo...what a lineup), WBCN (Laquidara...need I say more), WSAR (late 70's - Chris Chandler, Mike Berluti, Mark Williams), WCIB (early 2000s - shameless plug LOL). There has been great radio out of the Commonwealth. Too bad those days are gone....not just in the Bay State.

Top 5 throughout Massachusetts:
1. 101.7 WFNX/Lynn
2. 90.9 WBUR/Boston
3. 102.1 WAQY/Springfield Rock 102
4. 101.9 WCIB/Falmouth Cool 102
5. 1030 WBZ/Boston
