It's down in Cannon Beach in the North Hemlock Street (the town's high street), in that strip mall uptown that has the square and the fountain out front. Think it's called "'Tis the Season" or something like that.

Also at the beach there was (and may still be, but I haven't been where it is) a store with Christmas items year round.

There are stores like that in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, TN area as well, and probably in Branson, MO.

Was in K-Mart in the heart of Manhattan in mid-September, and there was a section of the store that made you think it was mid-December.

Hills Department Stores used to set up their Christmas merchandising in a particular store the last week of August!

This was done so as to give the buyers and Senior Execs a peek at what their stores would look like at Christmas. Usually they would pick a location near the Pittsburgh Airport. If you walked in there on
August 25 you might see Christmas trees and tinsel and "Ho Ho Ho!" over the intercom and think,
"What the &%$#?"
