It is most probably an ABC Jack. Vero Beach is market #100, and IIRC ABC shall be used at market 40 and below.
The 41+ and above market rule is not written in blood.
That said, 99.7 JACK is an ABC/JACK.

It is a shock that it took this long for FL to join in on the fun. You'd think Panama City or
Destin/Fort Walton Beach radio brains would have put on at least one Jack in those two markets
with no less than 8,000 signals. ;D

The Jack in Indy is locally produced with a local PD and MD. ABC Jacks such as 99.7 are produced by a 3 meter dish, Starguide III, and various automation systems.Steppenwolf said:
