East Tennessee: Powerhouse Class C WCYQ, Oak Ridge (historically WNOX and WOKI, which was FM top 40 in the 70s and 80s). In the few times I've caught it off the air, I've had WVVR, "The Beaver", Hopkinsville KY.
Retro/other: Dayton/Western Ohio would be the former WCNB or WIFE, Connersville, IN, or WCLT-FM, Newark, Ohio (T100). Several years ago, in a move I still don't understand, the Connersville allocation was moved to Norwood (Cincinnati), Ohio, and is currently WOSL. The day after WIFE went off the air I heard the Knoxville station in the car in Springfield, Ohio. Currently a translator for WBZI in Xenia is on 100.3 in the Dayton area.
Where I grew up in West Central Ohio, WNIC Dearborn MI would make it in.
