Thought I'd throw this one in here since there is a similar thread for TV Channels 2 - 6. What can you get on 179.75 MHz? We can open this up to all of the other VHF HI-Band TV Channels too, 185.75 MHz, 191.75 MHz, 197.75 MHz, 203.75 MHz, 209.75 MHz, and 215.75 MHz. Has anyone gotten any TV stations in this band via E-skip?
Before the digital transition,
179.75 MHz (TV CH 7 audio) was WXYZ/Detroit, MI with varying reception. Also had WKBW/Buffalo, NY, WHIO/Dayton, OH (once years ago) and WTRF/Wheeling, WV with tropo.
Now, if anything, it's the digital side of WJBK/Detroit CH 2 here in Vermilion, OH
