I just saw on the FCC that WSPB filed to go silent. Here is their reason: "LICENSEE HAS REACHED AN AGREEMENT IN PRINCIPLE TO ASSIGN THE LICENSE OF WSPB(FM) TO ANOTHER NON-PROFIT ENTITY, AND IT IS HOPED THAT THE FCC FORM 314 APPLICATION WILL BE FILED WITHIN THE NEXT 30 DAYS. THE PUBLIC INTEREST, CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY WOULD BE WELL SERVED BY THE GRANT OF THIS STA REQUEST."Lawppy said:From Coldwater, MI-
