97.7 in Yakima, WA is usually nothing, but down in Wapato WA (about 10 mi) KOMO Oakville, WA booms in at 130 miles. Must be Mt. Adams knife-edge DX. Even on the Yakima hills (like Cowiche Canyon) KOMO is MIA.
In Western WA it was KOMO, or CBUF Vancouver BC closer to Everett. I think it's by around Arlington or further north that CBUF is dominate. KOMO is a blaster. I can hear them in Portland, OR 24/7 and down at the Global Tuners node in Eugene, they are common probably 90% of the time at over 200 miles. That transmitter near Olympia must really help the reception. I can also get KOMO really well on the ocean beaches.
My only E-skip log here was KLVO Albuquerque, NM in 2011. Should be more now that 97.7 is open a lot more. I have a little bit of interference from 100w KYYR-LP Yakima (the Bridge, with Christian Rap) but it should be OK for 97.7 E-skip.
