FM - no AM - portable CD player

Hotels? (lodging while traveling...)

How many are looking for an adequate Wi-Fi signal, as opposed to a broadcast (FM or AM) signal?

I think one of the last places I stayed at that a radio came on was when someone before me decided to put on the alarm at like 1am and nearly full volume! o_O

MrsThom was NOT amused. I wasn't either.

I certainly don't need a device to tell the time with big, bright LED's either.

That device is summarily disabled upon entry to the room.

Thanks for the reminder----we're going out of town this weekend and the hotel we stay in actually does have a clock radio on the nightstand. I always face the LED display away from the bed, but I'll make sure the volume is all the way down (or the whole thing unplugged) from now on.
