FM Radio Stations That Play Sign-on\Sign-off Messages at the Start\End of the Day

What are some FM radio stations that play signon\signoff messages at the start\end of the broadcast day.
I do know that KWWR 95.7FM in Mexico, MO, does this every night at Midnight.
I am wondering if the're any other FM radio stations that do this.
Recording of KWWR 95.7FM's signon message.

WVNR(AM)/WNYV(FM), Poultney, VT.-Whitehall, NY, are totally "old school." Check this (simulcast) pair out. Can you beat it?

I think so. Last time I checked (about 5 years ago) WKRX-FM in Roxboro, NC still signed off at 11pm weeknights and midnight on weekends. No automation...live and local from 6am-11pm. Ran a worn-out sign off message, worn out cart of the National Anthem, and cut the carrier.

WTTX-FM in Appomattox, VA used to do the exact same thing until the local church in Rustburg, VA sold it off to a regional gospel network around 2014. Now its a 24/7 operation.

Fun fact: both of these stations ran in mono operation. And both had processing gear that seemed to be better at home on the AM dial: "muddy" sounding is the best way to describe both.

Not American, but Filipino stations are required by law to broadcast a sign-on message daily. They are highly regulated -- including engineering staff and announcers names (with their government-issued license numbers). Basically all sign-off messages are announced in English (even though the station may broadcast in Tagalog), and I have only heard two versions of their National Anthem played: One that is instrumental, one that has vocals from a children's choir.

KCGM 95.7 Scobey MT still does this. No stream except sports but I think they are still off all day (or most of the day) on Sundays, and sign off around 10 or 11PM, back on the air around 6am. Town of just over a thousand with nothing but cattle, wheat fields and the Canadian border nearby.

If you haven't, check out this WNYV/WVNR "Radio Discussions" thread from 2008. Talk about the Twilight Zone! I wonder if they played the National Anthem before they "signed off?" This guy DID leave the board hanging. LOL!!!!!

KCHK 1350AM/95.5FM New Prague, MN does "sign on" I know on the weekdays at 5am with the anthem then the info. Its unique as they are on 24 hrs a day. Overnights they have the satellite fed classic country then at 5am they go local again. Weekends are different as they arent local until 6am but I dont know if they "sign on" per se...I mean with the anthem and not just "you're listening to KCHK New Prague 1350am 95.5FM"
Also its 2 separate stations that simulcast a fair amount of time. The exception is 1350 has MN Twins games and when they split for high school sports

I'm intrigued! Has this station been owned by the same people since 1971?? 52,000 watts! 1,000 people, the community is less than a square mile? It seems like Scobey has been losing population for 50 years (starting in 1970). There can't be many businesses. How does KCGM make money ... donations??

It looks like, besides two US towns, all the "nearby" communities are in Canada! I think 95.7 is playing the wrong National Anthem!! :)

WKRX 96.7 FM in Roxboro, North Carolina (30 miles north of Durham), still signs on (6AM) and off (11PM) each day with an announcement and the national anthem. I don't know if sister daytimer WRXO 1430 AM does an announcement as it is a nearly straight simulcast of the FM.

WCCE 90.1 FM/Buies Creek, North Carolina used to also operate from 6:45 AM to 11PM when it was still owned by Campbell University. It had a sign-off announcement complete with the national anthem, school fight song, and alma mater. Since its sell to and upgrade by Radio Training Network, the station now broadcasts 'HIS Radio' 24/7.

Thank you ! I heard the sign-on this morning at 6am MST proudly announcing their 52,000 watts. See KCGMRADIO.COM

I'm glad they are finally streaming. I will have to check it out. I can't believe they are still going off daily...and still completely off on Sundays? Can you confirm?

I just found another one... KMMR in Malta, Montana at 6 am local time gives full ID, national anthem. It even IDs the microwave link. Audio is here: KMMR or at kmmrfm.com

KMMR is for sale. See my note under "Montana"
